Diffusion Bonded Crystals consist of one laser crystal and one or two undoped material.They're combined by optical contact method and further bonded under high temperature.Diffusion Bonded Crystals can effectively decrease thermal lensing effect considerably,therefore they are very suitable for high power laser applications.

Nd:YAG+Cr4+:YAG series
It’s an integrated structure which makes laser cavity miniaturized. It can effectively shorten the cavity length and narrow the pulse width. It is normally used in device miniaturization, microchip laser and laser seed source, etc.
YAG+Nd:YAG, YVO4+Nd:YVO4 series
Due to non-absorption and excellent thermal conductivity of YAG, these diffusion bonded crystal can be used to strengthen the heat dissipation and improve the thermal effect. It’s one of the solutions for high power laser to improve thermal effect.
Er,Yb:glass+Co:spinel
It can produce 1.5um ‘eye safe’ laser when pumped with 940nm semiconductor laser. The laser made with this diffusion bonded crystal has simple structure, small size and high stability. It is widely used in laser ranging, laser radar and so on.
